Dr. Stephen Blough Joins Valentiam Group as Partner

MORRISTOWN, New Jersey — Valentiam Group announces the addition of Dr. Stephen Blough as a partner in the firm.

Dr. Blough, who is based in Providence, Rhode Island, further strengthens the firm’s position as a leader in the transfer pricing and valuation services industry.

Prior to joining Valentiam, Dr. Blough spent more than 25 years in the transfer pricing practice of a Big 4 accounting firm, where he held numerous leadership roles. Most recently he served as the firm’s senior transfer pricing economist and the Economic and Valuation Services functional leader of the firm’s Washington National Tax practice. In his technical leadership roles, he was centrally involved in developing positions and commenting on OECD transfer pricing developments.

Dr. Blough began his professional career as a faculty member in the department of economics at Johns Hopkins University. He also served as an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Dr. Blough earned his M.A. in Statistics and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
