Fred Johnson Joins Valentiam Group as Partner and Dispute Resolution Practice Leader

Westlake Village, California — Valentiam Group announces the addition of Fred Johnson as a partner in the firm.

Valentiam Group is pleased to announce that Fred Johnson, CPA, has joined the firm as a Partner and leader of the dispute resolution practice area.  He will be based in the Richmond, Virginia office. 

With more than three decades of experience in international tax and transfer pricing, Fred brings an exceptional depth of knowledge and a distinguished career that spans the IRS, Big 4, and independent consulting. His addition further strengthens Valentiam’s position as a leader in transfer pricing dispute resolution.

Fred began his professional tax career with the Internal Revenue Service in 1987, where he spent 20 years negotiating Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and resolving double tax disputes with international tax authorities, including Japan’s NTA and Canada’s CRA. He later served as a partner at KPMG and EY, where he led the West Region of the firms' dispute resolution and APA practices. In 2017, Fred founded JohnsonTP, advising multinational enterprises across a wide range of industries.
