Sanjeev Kumar is an attorney and applied economist and has been practicing transfer pricing since 2005. Sanjeev has advised clients in the real estate, financial, entertainment, consumer goods, restaurant, construction, life sciences and technology industries, among others. He has advised his clients on dispute resolution and represented them at exam and administrative appeals. He has also assisted with and negotiated bilateral APAs.
Sanjeev has advised hospitality, healthcare, office, industrial, self-storage, shopping center, mortgage and studio REITs and funds on insurance, risk transfer, mortgage loans, development services, lease and service transactions, among others.
Prior to joining the Valentiam Group, Sanjeev was a Managing Director at DLA Piper, a Director at Duff & Phelps and a Senior Manager at EY LLP, where he spent 10 years.
