Matthew De Felice is a Director within the Valentiam Group and began practicing transfer pricing and tax valuation in 2012. He has provided transfer pricing services to clients in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, industrial manufacturing, financial technology, household and personal care products, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. Matthew has extensive experience in global tax planning and analysis, intangible property valuation, financial modeling, and the preparation of local transfer pricing documentation for numerous countries worldwide.
He also has experience working with both public and private firms on transfer pricing matters, including FIN 48 compliance, audit defense, competent authority claims and cost sharing arrangements.
