Andrea Adler has practiced transfer pricing since 2014. Andrea has served clients in a number of industries, including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, industrial products, semiconductors, and software. For these clients, Andrea has prepared global and local transfer pricing planning and documentation reports, intangible property and legal entity valuations, headquarters studies, and advance pricing agreements.
Andrea also has experience assisting clients with their operational transfer pricing needs. Andrea graduated magna cum laude from The College of New Jersey, where she studied international business and economics. She also holds a JD and MBA from the Boston College Law School and Boston College Carroll Graduate School of Management. Andrea focused her graduate studies on tax law and corporate finance.
