Lior Haddad has been providing economic consulting services in the fields of transfer pricing and tax valuations since 2007. His focus is on the provision of transfer pricing and tax planning services to multinational firms and assistance in tax controversies. Additionally, Lior provides tax valuation services, specially focused on Israel and US jurisdictions. He has been involved in a multitude of projects ranging from valuation of tangible and intangible assets, pricing of financial instruments (fixed income, guarantees, and synthetic debt instruments), intellectual property migration, licensing transactions, and business restructurings. Projects included both planning and compliance work for companies ranging from large multinational corporations to startups. Lior also represented clients in front of the Israel Tax Authority during audit proceedings.
Prior to joining Valentiam, Lior was a partner at a leading boutique economic consulting firm, and prior to that was a senior manager at one of the Big 4 accounting firms
Lior received an MBA from Bar-Ilan University in Israel and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
