Jared Walls is a Co-Managing Partner of the Valentiam Group.  Jared also co-leads of the Transfer Pricing Service Line of Valentiam's WTS Global network and is a member of the WTS Global Board of Directors.  WTS Global is an independent tax and transfer pricing network that is active in more than 100 countries.

Jared has advised clients on transfer pricing and valuation matters in the United States and Europe since 2003.  He is an expert in value chain transformation, IP valuation, transfer pricing planning, documentation and compliance, audit defense, litigation support, and alternative dispute resolution, including Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs).

Prior to joining the predecessor firm of Valentiam in 2013, he worked in the transfer pricing practice of a Big 4 firm in Spain.

Jared is a frequent author and speaker on transfer pricing and valuation matters.  He has also acted as a guest lecturer for the following university courses:
